One of my favorite summer traditions is to go up to Colorado to escape from the heat, catch up on sleep and just totally relax in the real-life postcard that is the CO mountains. Getting away to Colorado also means getting away from my everyday dressing. Tailored tops, vintage dresses and heels don’t really go in the country, so it’s always a fun fashion challenge for me to feel like myself, but also be mountain appropriate. My usual uniform of striped shirts, trusty cargo jacket and converse gets dressed down a lot, and the heels are definitely left at home. So, today I bring you a little peek at my CO style. It’s not too far from what I wear in the city, but it’s definitely got that off-duty feel.
