the boyfriend jeans
Being a woman that carries her weight in the bottom half, boyfriend jeans are definitely my friend. Lots of stretch, a little extra room and the perfect amount of distressing, make this pair from AG my new favorite. Last week while returning something at Nordstrom, I tried these on and had to have them. I went one size down so they would fit a little more snug. Since getting them I’ve worn them with this pink ruffle top (see the full post with this top here), and this striped collared shirt (see full blog post with this top here), and I’m sure this isn’t the last you’ll see of these boyfriend jeans.
It’s rare that I meet a leopard print that I don’t LOVE, so this leopard Equipment blouse and I are a match made in style heaven. This is my first Equipment blouse to purchase, if you can believe it, and after owning it for about 5 seconds I can definitely see what all the fuss is about. This classic and wearable style is offered season after season in solids and prints. I wore it untucked today, but will also be able to tuck it into high-waisted jeans, shorts or a skirt. If you don’t already own an Equipment blouse, I highly recommend!
And speaking of my feline obsession, these kitty flats have been so fun to wear ever since I got them after Christmas. Comfortable, classic and a little quirky, they bring the right amount of style to anything I pair them with. I especially love pairing them with white denim (see examples with a striped shirt and with a grey t-shirt). Baby Bea is just about to grow out of her tiny version, as seen in her nursery reveal, and it’s making me so sad! I may have to frame them in a glass box in her room.
