For me, longline vests are an essential part of my wardrobe for work, weekend and travel. My sleeveless trench has been a go-to of mine for years, my pink longline vest gets a lot of play, and I could not be more excited to work this J.McLaughlin tan vest into my fall/winter wardrobe. So far I’ve worn it with my favorite striped track pants, the black skinny jeans I’m wearing today and my trusty boyfriend jeans. The luxuriously soft camel fabric makes it the perfect layering piece for fall, so this is definitely not the last you’ll see of this tan vest!
These leopard boot are a favorite of mine that I’m excited to wear every fall/winter. The chunky heel makes them super comfortable to wear, and leopard always adds the right amount of fun and texture to any outfit. I’ve worn these leopard booties with a chunky sweater and trench, with a LBD and army green jacket, and last fall when I was super pregnant. My exact leopard booties are no longer available, but Charlotte Olympia and Tory Burch made gorgeous leopard boots this fall, and I love this budget friendly version.
Lately I have been drawn to classic, striped button ups. When I throw one on I instantly feel polished, put-together and like a boss, so I was very excited to find this striped button up from J.McLaughlin. The french cuffs give it some extra oomph, and the stretchy fabric makes it comfortable and not constrictive. Last week I wore it with a midi length floral skirt (seen here), for a luncheon honoring The Diaper Foundation, and I felt so polished and ladylike. While a button up is borrowed from the boys, you don’t have to feel like one when you rock a button up.
