What is it about a chunky scarf that feels so glamorous?! It’s one of my favorite fall accessories for sure, and over the years I’ve gotten a lot of questions about how I tie my chunky scarves. That coupled with the fact that 90% of my Instagram followers voted YES when I took a poll gauging the interest in a post like this, so I thought no better time than right now to do a scarf tutorial. My favorite scarf, and the scarf I’m wearing today, is a White and Warren cashmere travel wrap. I’m absolutely addicted to these chunky loves (see the full scarf collection here) for the fall/winter season and always take them with me when I travel. If you don’t want to invest in six feet of cashmere at the moment, I found some similar long scarves that would be perfect for tying like this. Lay the scarf across the back of your neck with the right side significantly longer than the left.
Cross the right side over the left.
Wrap the right side around the back of your neck and bring it forward.
Bring the right side over the left once again.
