pom pom jacket
It seems that I’m attracted to either really simple items, i.e. this chambray shirt, wicker bag, and red heels, or really crazy items like this pom pom jacket. I first found this jacket at Shopbop, and promptly through up a poll on Instagram to see if you guys loved it as much as I do. Then a thoughtful follower DMed me and told me it was on sale at Anthropologie. So far I’ve also worn it with this navy and white striped shirt, boyfriend jeans and Converse.
I’ve been searching for a longer chambray shirt for what seems like an eternity. The one I already have, find it here and find one of my favorite ways I’ve worn it here, is great, but I wanted a longer one for when I want to wear it more like a tunic with a jacket and with slim pants. When J.Crew released this one I jumped on it, and I think I may also have to have the white chambray version.
I love an item that makes me dream of a glamorous destination, and is also practical for real life. When I saw this J.McLaughlin wicker bag I immediately thought it would be perfect for a weekend getaway in Nantucket. We have been trying to find a weekend that works to go to Nantucket with some dear friends of ours, and this bag is definitely coming if we can ever settle on a date.
