what I’m wearing…
sunglasses: Le Specs // red lipstick: Nars in Lana // jean jacket: love this similar jean jacket & this oversized jean jacket // sweatshirt: Clare V. c/o // leopard bag: Clare V. foldover clutch, also available at Nordstrom & Shopbop // floral skirt: Who What Wear (size down, it runs big) // nude heels: love this similar pair & this budget friendly pair //
I love my oversized jean jacket, especially while transitioning into a new season. It’s the perfect weight for chilly mornings that turn into warm afternoons, and denim adds the perfect amount of casual cool to pretty much everything I own. My jean jacket is vintage so it’s not available, but I LOVE this oversized jean jacket from Madewell, and this under $100 jean jacket from Levi’s.
Graphic t-shirts and sweatshirts are back this season in a major way, and I love this trend. In high school I wore lots of graphic tees, like we all probably did, and I’m excited to revisit this style in an updated way with this “le freak c’est chic” sweatshirt from Clare V. I get so many compliments on this sweatshirt every time I wear it, and as a fun bonus I have that song “freak out, le freak c’est chic” in my head all day. See Clare V.’s full collection of très chic sweatshirts here.
Nothing says spring quite like florals, so when I found this floral skirt in two colors and with a matching top, I jumped in and bought all three cheap and chic pieces. This black floral skirt is so comfortable, and has weathered quite well so far standing up to Baby Bea’s peanut butter fingers, a full coffee spill and a red wine drip all since I got it. Oh, and did I mention it feels like I’m wearing pajamas?! Win/win.
*This skirt runs big FYI, size down. Xo
